Now a days, we all know what is a BLOG. It is nothing but a document which describes your perception. It can be an Idea or experience or anything which you would like to tell others about.

Who is going to read your blog? ==> choose the targeted audience.Let your content be anything, but it should have readers for its success. Find out what people are searching for, and give them what they searched!!. They will definitely come to your blog and read it.
Make your blog reachable to all. i.e, if someone is searching in a search engine on the topic you are blogging, it should show up in the search results. But to make your content more relavant, you should include the keywords (the prominent words of your blog subject) in your content. Avoid duplicate content. This is very important to be considered. When a search engine reads your blogs, it will match the contents with their database of other sites. Provide Quality information. Quality is always valued high. If someone finds your blog has good quality, he will remember it and visits back often. He may tell others also about your blog which is good for you.
Write legibly, and format your content neatly. It is an art to create documents which describes the topic well and organised well. Give good links to further reading if you find them.

Update your blog regularly. Even if you notice there are not much "pageviews", it will increase slowly.
